X-40

ESD

This formulation was created to provide the customer with a low cost foam option. With the same base properties as the 0.13 formulation, 0.11 has the high standard **performance of Ortholite with only slightly reduced compression set **tear properties.However, the performance of this foam still rates higher on all tests than the competing EVA **open cell PU products. The 0.11 density Ortholite foam is a great option for your price point products that still need the addition of a resilient ,cooler,driet,**healthier sockliner. 0.11 Density Ortholite provides high performance at lower price.
o.13 Density
This is our standard Ortholite formulation available in hardnesses form 5-35 degrees Asker C **thincknesses form 2-20 mm, This is the traditional Ortholite formulation that put the unique properties of Ortholite on the map. You can create an Ortholite product specific to your needs by combining different hardnesses, xolors ,**mold designs.

This form can also be layered with other Ortholite foam so that the hard base creates a supportive cradle around the foot while the LAZY foam creates cushioning comfort.
X-40
Responding to the dem**for insoles with higher rebound properties, Ortholite developed X-40,bosssting the elasticity rating of the foam to over 40 percent .
